摘要 PURPOSE:To use a channel with high efficiency and to absorb a traffic fluctuation in terms of a place and time by applying the satellite channel which can control the demand assignment to the inter-station line between an exchange and a base station. CONSTITUTION:If a subscriber 1 dials to a land mobile radiotelephone 28 and there is no connection line from a nearest trunk exchange 5 to a land mobile radiotelephone exchange 9, a line 48 is selected and a selection signal is transmitted to a demand assign control station 33. Said station 33 selects the satellite channel and transmits a satellite incoming call signal to the exchange 9. Said exchange 9 calls the land mobile radiotelephone 28 and instructs the connection of a line 52 to the satellite ground station 44 with a radio channel 24 to a radio base station 20. Said exchange 9 transmits a call instruction signal including identification information on the satellite ground station 44 and that on the line 52 to the control station 33. Said station 33 connects the line 48 to a specific satellite channel which always transmits a ring-back tone. Said exchange 9 transmits the call instruction signal and rings the bell of the land mobile radiotelephone 28. If the exchange 9 receives the subscriber's response, the control station 33 cuts off the satellite channel line 48 and connects the line 52 with a line 56.
