发明名称 IMMOBILIZATION OF MICROBIAL CELL OF ENZYME
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently produce spherical immobilized microbial cells or immobilized enzymes having a nearly uniform size, by polymerizing a blend solution of simple substance of a hydrophilic high polymer, e.g. acrylamide, etc., crosslinking agent, microbial cells or enzymes in an organic solvent circulating through a tube. CONSTITUTION:Microbial cells obtained by pure cultivation of an optional strain or mixed microbial cells such as activated sludge or enzymes are blended with 10-35% simple substance of a hydrophilic high polymer, e.g. acrylamide, etc., and then 0.5-6% crosslinking agent, e.g. N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, N,N'-propylenebisacrylamide, etc. The resultant blend solution is then dripped into an organic solvent, e.g. benzene, toluene, ether, ester, soybean oil, salad oil, etc., to form mixed droplets. The organic solvent containing the above- mentioned droplets is transferred into a hydrophobic tube, e.g. silicone, Teflon, vinyl chloride, etc., to give an immobilized material. Ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate, etc., may be used as a polymerization initiator and tetramethylethylenediamine, beta-dimethylaminopropionotrile, etc., may also be used as a polymerization accelerator.</p>
