PURPOSE:To perform operation efficiently by projecting the image of an original with optional magnification, specifying reference points with a cursor, and automatically calculating the angle, magnification, trimming, etc., of the original by a signal processing circuit from position coordinates of those points and the magnification of the projected image. CONSTITUTION:The position coordinates of the points specified on a transmission type digitizer 2, a signal from a keyboard 21, a magnification signal from a magnification converting mechanism 12, etc., are inputted to the signal processing circuit 22. This signal processing circuit 22 computes the magnification, angle, trimming, etc., of the original 30 at the time of plate making on the basis of those input signals and displays the arithmetic results on a CRT 23. Further, the arithmetic processing results are sent to a plotter 24 such as an X-Y plotter and those data are printed out with numbers, reference lines, etc., on a label 33 stuck on the original 30. Further, the arithmetic processing results of this signal processing circuit 22 are sent to a floppy disk drive 25 and recorded on a floppy disk. |
