PURPOSE:To make it easy to clean a heat exchanger when its airflow frame is stained with oil soot and make it possible to prevent the increase in resistance to the air flow by adopting a ceramic material for a heat exchanger and making the heat exchanger freely removable from its ventilator. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 2 is installed which gives to the supply air B the heat recovered from the air A which is exhausted into the inside of the main body 1 of a ventilator of the heat exchanger. The material of the heat exchanger 2 is ceramic and a heat exchanger 2 is freely removable from the main body 1 of the ventilator of the heat exchanger. As a result, it is possible to recover heat from the exhaust air that contains much of an oily substance and prevent reduced heat exchanging efficiency by removing easily the soot attached to the heat exchanger by heat-treating the soot and prevent a reduced amount of ventilated blast. Further, because the ceramic material is used, the heat exchanger excels in corrosion resistance even if it is installed in a high temperature and high humidity atmosphere. |
