PURPOSE:To obtain a fish paste product having light and variable taste and a state capable of moderately sticking and peeling off, by forming ground fish meat into a proper shape, partially joining said fish meat in the presence of a liquid and heating the partially joined fish meat. CONSTITUTION:Ground fish meat is formed into a proper shape and partially joined together in the presence of a liquid, preferably by spraying the liquid such as water, edible oil, etc., or dipping in the liquid and heated to provide the aimed fish paste product. |
