摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit in which many number of discharges can be retained despite a need of high voltage for a thyrister section, by arranging a plural number of independent thyristers in series and by triggering each thyrister simultaneously for causing it a self-excitation oscillation through a gate circuit designed exclusively for each thyrister. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of thyristers 6a, 6b... is arranged in series, and the same number of independent gate circuits 28a, 28b... is energized for simultaneously triggering thyristers each corresponding to the gate circuit to cause a self-excitation oscillation. In consequence, even under such a condition as, for instance, a power voltage is 200V and a resonance voltage is 800V, a thyrister of which withstand voltage is as low as 500V turn-off time is faster than several mus can be used as thyristers 6a, 6b thereby making it possible to use more discharge repeating circuits. As a result, this arrangement can provide a large ignition energy without an inconveniency as having to use a large capacity condenser as has been practiced in a prior art.
