PURPOSE:To vary and control a suction amount and a discharge amount by sucking a sample liquid into a spotting chip and spotting a chemical analytical slide with the sample liquid through the operation of a sucking and discharging means and an arm moving means. CONSTITUTION:A dispenser 10 consists of a spotting arm 20, the sucking and discharging means 30, the arm rotating means 50, and a controller 40. The 2nd pulse motor of the means 50 is driven to rotate the tip side of the arm 20 upward around a shaft 22a to a suction position. At this position, a new spotting chip 15 is fitted to a chip mounting part 21b and the lower end of the chip 15 is inserted into a sample container 8; and a 1st pulse motor 34 is driven and rotated to move a piston 34 and the sample liquid 9 is sucked into the chip 15 by a prescribed amount. Then a 2nd pulse motor is driven and rotated to rotate the tip side of the arm 20 downward and the arm 20 is moved to a spotting position. At this spotting position, the sample liquid in the chip 15 is supplied onto the reagent layer of a chemical analytical slide 5. This operation control is performed by a controller 40. |
