PURPOSE:To improve heat exchange efficiency and to prevent the occurrence of phase separation of a heat accumulating material, by a method wherein a number of fins and a tube extending therethrough are disposed in the interior, and a heat accumulating device, filled with a heat accumulating material, is provided with a heat outgoing/ incoming circuit, a fusing circuit, and a mixing circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a heat exchanging system formed with a freezer 1, a heating medium tank 2, a heat exchanger 6, and a heat accumulating device 8, a circuit, feeding heat to the heat accumulating device 8 through a heating medium, and a circuit fetching heat are provided. The heat accumulating 8 comprises a number of ins 16, arranged in a lamellar manner in a state in that a gap is formed at the inside, a tube 17, extending through the fins 16, and a charged heat accumulating material 15. The heat accumulating device 8 is provided with a fusing circuit (consisting of a circuit 13 and a heater 12), fusing the heat accumulating material 15, and an agitating circuit 19 agitating the heat accumulating material 15, and this constitution divides the interior of the heat accumulating device 8 with the aid of the fins 16 to improve a heat exchange factor, prevents the occurrence of phase separation of the heat accumulating material based on a component, and prevents deterioration of the heat accumulating material. |
