PURPOSE:To prevent harmful standing wave vibration from generating, to reduce transmission loss, and to improve acoustic conversion efficiency, by coupling the outer peripheral part of a piezoelectric vibration element at the driving part of an acoustic diaphragm interposing a coupling body made of an elastic material, such as a rubber, etc., and performing the matching of mechanical impedance. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral part 4e of a piezoelectric vibration element 4 is inserted fitly into a striation 9 provided in the neighborhood of the upper aperture of a coupling body 8, then being stuck and connected. The bottom plane 10 of the coupling body 8 is formed in a flat surface, and it is stuck and connected on the driving plane of a honeycomb diaphragm 1. As the function of the coupling body 8, it is interposed at an intermediate position between the hard honeycomb diaphragm 1, and the piezoelectric vibration element 4 easy to be bent, and it makes the piezoelectric vibration element 4 deform and vibrate easily, and by its viscoelastic effect, the standing wave vibration is absorbed and settled, and excessive amplification can be suppressed, then, damage and deterioration in the piezoelectric vibration element 4 can be prevented from generating in advance.
