PURPOSE:To surely perform brake action, by providing a foot brake device so that the operator can apply a foot brake jointly using a manual selector valve together when he is in stopping or approaching the descent of a slope. CONSTITUTION:A foot brake cmprises a brake pedal 41, master cylinder 42, piston 43, pipe line 44, brake cylinder 45, brake piston 46, reset spring 47 and a brake lever 48. And a fellow plate 35 is inserted interposing between rotary friction plates while meshed by a spline with the internal periphery of a motor housing 38. And if the pedal 41 is depressed, pressure oil reaches the brake cylinder 45 by the pipe line 44 to press the piston 46. Then the piston 46 presses the friction plates 34 and the fellow plate 35, and a brake is applied to the rotation of a cylinder 31, causing a brake to be applied to a rotary shaft.
