PURPOSE:To keep the intervals of electrodes constant and accurately, by feeding connecting glass at the connecting/fixing parts, inserting plates with the thickness same as the thickness of the connecting glass at the parts other than the connections, and heating and pressurizing up to the melting point of the glass after piling plural plate electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Between plate electrodes 33, are inserted spacers 35 with the surface formed of an insulator and applied with a low melting point glass, and at the connecting/fixing parts of the plate electrodes 33, glasses 34 are fed. These plate electrodes 33 and spacers 35 are positioned by positioning pins 37 erected on a baking base plate 36. Thickness regulating plates 38 consisting of planes have the thickness same as the thickness of the layer of the glass 34 at the time when the plate electrodes 33 and the spacers 35 are connected and fixed. The regulating plates 38 are positioned by pins 37 and inserted to the places other than the connectin/fixing parts of the plate electrodes 33. When the electrodes are connected and fixed, the piled plate electrodes 33 are heated up to the melting point and the recrystalizing point of the glasses 34 while pressurized by a stamper 50 in the arrow Z direction. Therefore, the plate electrodes 33 can be fixed at a specific interval and accurately.
