ASSEMBLING METHOD FOR MOTOR

PURPOSE:To prevent metal powder produced by welding of a frame and a bearing clamp plate from intruding into a stator bore portion by applying a paste adhesive beforehand to a joint surface of the frame and the bearing clamp plate. CONSTITUTION:A paste adhesive 14 is applied to a bore portion from a junction of a bearing clamp plate 4 and a projection 8 of an outer stator yoke 1 and thereafter the bearing clamp plate 4 and the outer stator yoke 1 are secured by welding at the projection 8. On the other hand, a paste adhesive 15 is applied beforehand to a joint surface of two same inner stator yokes 2 and two combinations of a stator assembly of the outer stator yoke 1 and the bearing clamp plate 4 with the inner stator yoke 2 are joined by two same, paste- adhesive 15-coated surfaces of the inner stator yokes 2 and thereafter several junctions of two same outer stator yokes 1 are welded together to complete a motor assembly.
