PURPOSE:To attain the information communication of a small sized and simply system without the need for the application in compliance with the low radio by sending the information number of persons awaiting taxi and number of taxis awaiting passengers sensed by a sensor by means of a weak radio wave via an operation processing unit. CONSTITUTION:The number of passengers 11 and taxis 1 at a taxi parking place 10 detected by a sensor 9 is sent by a transmission/reception equipment 7 from a CPU 8 by means of a weak radio wave, and an idle taxi driving in the vicinity of the parking place receives (2) the information and displays it on a display device 4. In case the idle taxi going to the parking place 10, an acknowledge signal is sent (2), recieved by a transmission/reception equipment 7 at the parking place 10 and a CPU 8 displays (12) the distance to the idle taxi and the time required for the arrival. The information is communicated by a small sized simple system in this way without the need for the application in compliance with the law and passengers can await the arrival of a taxi without being irritated.
