1) making urethane resin 20% absorb a press oil 10% in slow admixing of 40 min. to stabilize with the addition of dibasic phosphite 5%; 2) mixing with the 1) mixture butadiene rubber 30%, PVC 10%, foaming agent 3%, foam stabilizer 3%, colouring agent 5%, filler 6% and nylon resin 8% to sufficiently mull in an open roller and produce sheets with suitable thinckness and size for foaming; 3) passing the sheet through a foaming chamber and heating at appr. 180 deg.C to obtain sponge sheets; 4) melt-fusing a thin film with the sheet, that may be suede finished by buffing.
