The metal fixing rail profile for door casing fixture to a wall (2) has two flanges and friction increasing gripping tongues. Door casing (27) fitted against a wall surface provided with a plaster layer is secured by a metal fixing rail (4) profile of C-shaped cross-section. Fixing rail has two flanges (10) with inward bent rims. A clamping mechanism has gripping tongues of plastics, and includes supports which are retained by a number of protruding lips.
