PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration and the pump cavitation in the titled apparatus caused by the collision of the circulating wort to the brewing kettle, by placing the suction hole of wort for circulation at the lower part of the outer circumference of the kettle as well as at the bottom part of the kettle, and tilting the direction of the ejected wort slightly from the tangential direction to the center. CONSTITUTION:A suction hole 3 of wort is attached to the bottom of the brewing kettle 1, and another suction hole 5 is attached at the lower part of the outer circumference of the kettle 1. The suction pipe 6 attached to the suction hole 5 is connected to the suction pipe 4 attached to the suction hole 3 to form a combined flow of the wort. The combined flow of the wort 2 is transferred through the suction pipe 7 and the circulation pump 8 to the external heater 9, and the heated wort is transferred through the ejection pipe 17 furnished with the throttle valve 18 to the ejection nozzle 20 and returned to the kettle 1 to effect the boiling and evaporation of the wort. The direction of the ejection nozzle 20 is tilted from the tangential direction to the center by an angle theta. The vibration of the apparatus caused by the flushing generated after the throttle valve 18 can be suppressed by providing a bent part 19 before the connection part. |
