PURPOSE:To produce a food, having high nutritive value and capable of satisfying refreshing feeling, by adding starch, soybean protein, citric acid and fructose and glucose liquid to cow's milk, heating the milk while stirring, stopping the heating and adding lemon essence. CONSTITUTION:Edible cow's milk obtained by heating 2,000cc cow's milk and 20g starch for about 15min, adding 30g soybean protein, heating the resultant blend for 10min while stirring, further adding 15g citric acid and 20g fructose and glucose liquid, stirring the resultant blend, stopping the heating and dripping lemon essence to complete the edible cow's milk. The food is capable of efficiently absorbing large amounts of Ca and iron in the body utilizing the citric acid. Furthermore, the food is application of an overall builder obtained by adding the starch and soybean protein to each nutriment of the individual cow's milk to make it possible to recover sickly constitution, prevent obesity, increase physical strength, etc.
