CONSTITUTION:Air is entered from a cleaner 1 and sucked into the internal combustion engine 7 through an air flow rate 3, a duct 4, a throttle body 5, and a collector 6. Fuel is supplied from a fuel tank 9 through a fuel pump 10 and injected into a suction pipe 8. An intake air amount signal from the flow rate 3, a signal from the crank angle sensor of a distributor 16, and a signal from a water temperature sensor 18 are inputted to a control unit 15. The unit 15 processes the input signals to estimate the waste time of a control system and correct the fuel injection pulse width when the quantity of variation in the suction air amount of the internal combustion engine 7 is within the specific range and variation in the rotating speed of the internal combustion engine 7 is larger than the specific value.
