PURPOSE:To remove ultra-fine dust and odor from air by a method wherein a first filter having a net fixed to a frame under supersonic welding process is arranged forwardly and a second filter having active carbons enclosed by a charged net is arranged rearwardly to form an integral assembly and then installed at the part of aeration passage. CONSTITUTION:A resilient first filter 7 is made such that a woven cloth of synthetic resin thread 7a is fixed to a synthetic resin thread 7a is fixed to a synthetic resin frame 7b integral with a handle part 7c and to a grid 7d of a plurality of inner grids with supersonic welding, etc. The resilient second filter 8 is made such that the active carbons 8a are enclosed by the charged net 8b and the recesses 8c are made at the position of the outer circumferential surface where they are abutted against the grid 7e of the first filter 7. Ultrafine dusts passed through the net 7a of the first filter 7 are also absorbed by the charged net 8b of the second filter 8. The large dusts are removed by the first filter 7, so that a decreased effect of removing dusts caused by a clogging in the charged net 8b and the increased resistance of aeration are restricted. Odor in the air is abborbed by the active carbons 8a. |
