<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition of high concentration and low viscosity in its molten state, good in storage stability, high in heat resistance, etc., of the cured product therefrom, suitable for electronics devices, etc., by blending a specific polyamic acid, bisazide compound, and specific amine compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. of a polyamic acid of formula II (R<1> is divalent organic group) prepared by reaction between a diamine and p-terphenyl-3,4,3'',4''-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride of formula I, (B) 0.1-100 (pref. 0.5-50)pts.wt of a bisazide compound (e.g. of formula III), and (C) 1-400pts.wt of an amine compound having C=C bond [e.g. 2-(N,N-dimethylamine) ethyl acrylate].</p> |
