摘要 PURPOSE:A flow addition rate controlling device having plural cells capable of changing the internal volume and an internal volume changing means capable of changing the internal volume of the above-mentioned cells in mutual relation and a controlling method for sequentially actuating valves at the outlet and inlet of the cells and the internal volume changing means. CONSTITUTION:The interiors of cells 10 and 11 and flow addition passages 30-37 are sterilized with steam while heating before filling the cells with a flow addition solution. The flow addition solution is filled in the cell 11 in a state of a plate 13 in contact with a limit switch 60 and automatic valves 40, 42 and 45 are opened to rotate a reversible motor 21 in the forward direction. The plate 13 is moved to the right direction to discharge the flow addition solution from the cell 11 and suck the flow addition solution in the cell 10. The discharge completion of the flow addition solution is confirmed by operation of a limit switch 41 and the motor 21 is rotated in the reverse direction to move the plate 13 to the left direction and carry out the solution discharge from the cell 10 and suction into the cell 11. The number of revolutions of the moor 21 is controlled according to the set flow addition rate of a controlling device 50 to precisely control the flow addition rate.
