PURPOSE:To control the turning-on/-off sequence for a power supply and a signal fed to an IC card without providing a control circuit and with an easy and inexpensive mechanism by providing a signal pin and a power pin longer than the signal pin to a housing part. CONSTITUTION:In putting in an IC card to a stacker 2 and depressing the stacker 2 for closing, the power pin 4 of the housing part 3 comes into contact with a power terminal of the IC card through an IC card terminal read/write inlet 7 of the stacker 2, power is given to the IC card and the signal pin 5 contacts the signal terminal of the IC card to read/write the IC card. In opening the stacker 2, the signal pin 5 of the housing part leaves from the signal terminal of the IC card and the power pin 4 leaves from the power terminal of the IC card and the power to the IC card is disconnected.
