<p>PURPOSE:To regulate accurately the height of a magnetic tape at the outlet of a rotary drum with high stability by fixing a guide member regulating the height of the upper ridge of the magnetic tape to a stationary part. CONSTITUTION:A guide roller 24a at the takeup side regulates the lower ridge height of a magnetic tape 4. Further, a guide roller 68 at the takeup side regulates the height of the upper ridge of the tape 4. Since the roller 68 is fixed strongly by a drum base 2a, even when, e.g., a large tension is exerted, the possibility of a play of the roller 68 and instability of the tape running is precluded. Since the roller 68 is not provided to a loading base or the like, the height of the tape 4 is positioned with high accuracy. Thus, the height of the magnetic tape at the outlet of the rotary drum is regulated accurately with high stability.</p> |
