PURPOSE:To shorten the running-in time at the time of starting by disposing the second annular magnetic substance through annular non-magnetic substances and the rotatable third annular magnetic substance on the outer periphery of the second annular magnetic substance in the outer peripheral groove portion of the first annular magnetic substance, and providing magnetic particles between the annular magnetic substances. CONSTITUTION:The second disc magnetic substance 28 is closely mounted on the first disc magnetic substance 27 integral with a rotary shaft 25 to form the first annular magnetic substance 29 having a storing portion 31 in the outer periphery thereof. The second annular magnetic substance 35 is installed by a pair of annular non-magnetic substances 34a, 34b to form a driven member 62. A drive member 63 is formed by the third annular magnetic substances 37, 38 opposite to the first and second annular magnetic substances 29, 35. Magnetic particles are disposed in a gap between the driven member and the drive member. Accordingly, in a standby state, a large amount of magnetic particles can be accommodated in a gap of the respective coupling surfaces so as to shorten the running-in time at the time of starting.
