摘要 PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and a weight reduction of a mold clamping mechanism, by making an eject pin protrude within a mold by stopping only a movement of an eject plate by an eject bar when a moving die plate is moved backward to a preset position. CONSTITUTION:A crank arm 15 remains parall with a guide bar 13 and a moving die plate 10 is moving so as to weld a mold 75 to a mold 74 with pressure, in a mold clamping process. Resin is injected into the mold in this state and molding is performed. Then at the time of cooling and solidification of a molded product, a motor 14 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction. Then when the crank arm 15 is turned by 180 deg., only the moving die plate 10 and mold 75 are moved with an eject plate 11 kept fixed at the tip of a guide bar 3. In consequence of the above, a head part of an eject pin 17 provided on the eject plate 11 is protruded into the mold 75 and a molded product of the inside of the mold 75 is extruded in the direction of the mold 74. With this construction, the molded product drops naturally through a gap between the two molds and propped into a hopper.
