PURPOSE:To improve the extent of traveling performance, by constituting a power distributor so as to make three states of a 2WD-H2 state to be converted into an H4F state, an H4L state and an L4L state formable. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 11 and both output shafts 12 and 13 are set up in a casing concentrically and relative-rotatably, and on each outer circumference of these three shafts 11, 12 and 13, there are provided with a sun gear 21, a ring gear 22, a carrier 23 and a planetary gear unit 20 consisting of plural pinion gear 24 rotably supported on this carrier 23 via a shaft. With this constitution, a power distributor makes three states of a 2WD-H2 state to be converted into an H4F, an H4L state and an L4L state formable, so that the extent of traveling performance of a four-wheel drive vehicle is much better improvable.
