PURPOSE:To obtain a software check result with high accuracy by deciding the quality of the software for alarm board in a state extremely approximate to an actual operation mode. CONSTITUTION:Both pseudo alarm information and alarm generating timing information set via a keyboard 3 are stored in a memory part 5 under the control of a control part 4 and then delivered to a data input/output part 7 via a data input/output part 6 as the pseudo alarm signals by the same timing as that of an actual operation mode. Then those information are set on a software mounting part 9 by the function of a microprocessor 8. Both the alarm display and transfer signals serving as the processing results of software for alarm board are sent to the 1st data input/output part 6 via the 2nd data input/ output part 7. An information processor 1 receives the signals from a software running device 10 through the part 6 and compares them with the pseudo alarm information stored in the part 5. Then the processor 1 displays the deciding result of the quality of the software for alarm board at a display part 2 and outputs it.
