PURPOSE:To give a degreasing effect and a polishing effect with only one polishing sheet while use said sheet as a waste by impregnatingly depositing a mixture of which an organic solvent, a surface active agent, and a polishing powder are the main ingredients, on a semi-solid sheet of less than 50mm in thickness made of nonwoven fabric, etc. CONSTITUTION:A mixture in which an organic solvent, a surface active agent, and a polishing powder are the main ingredients, normally has a paste or solid form. When this mixture is used, it is placed on a palm to rub the surface of the body of an automobile with it. Thereupon, the mixture is turned into a paste or liquid form due the rubbing pressure or frictional heat, to give the degreasing effect of the organic solvent and the polishing effect of the polishing powder in the mixture simultaneously and, further, a nonwoven fabric serves as a waste.
