摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient heat exchanger which combines fins and flowing pies with improved workability of the heat-transfer fins and no reduction of heat exchanging characteristic by positioning independently each rise start point of a fin collar combining the pipe and fin in respective trapezoid wave- shaped crest part and valley part. CONSTITUTION:Heat-transfer fins 1 which are located along the flow direction of air A and are bent in trapezoid wave shape periodically and have a number of through holes 2 are mutually laminated at specified intervals and in the same phase of the trapezoid wave shape and the flow pipes 3 for secondary fluid B such as refrigerant etc. heat-exchanged with the air A penetrate a plurality of the laminated fins 1 in the direction of lamination so as to hinder the air A flowing among the fins 1 and are placed in reciprocating zigzag way. Further, in the trapezoid wave shape of the fins 1, trapezoid wave-shaped crest parts 4 and valley parts 5 are continued and formed through flat parts 6 which are made as cutting parts when the fins 1 are prepared. Specified parts in the parts 4 and 5 are set up as rise start points 7 and fin collars 8 are placed in zigzag way on a flat surface.
