PURPOSE:To control the connection and disconnection of a clutch mechanism and enable a rotated body to be operated manually and rotationally, by making a rotor and an oscillating unit attract and separate to and from each other, and by displacing the rotor slidably. CONSTITUTION:The casing member 1 of an ultrasonic wave motor is formed with a double cylinder consisting of an external cylinder 1a and an internal cylinder 1b, and on its bottom surface, a ring-formed oscillation-absorbing unit 2, a piezoelectric element 3, the oscillating unit 4 of a magnetic unit, and a slider 5 are arranged in order. A rotor 6 is formed with a cylindrical unit, and its flange 6a is formed with a permanent magnet, and the upper section is extended into the driving ring 12 of a rotated body by penetrating a cover member 10. On the flange 12a of the driving ring 12, a clutch member 12b is formed together with the flange 6b of the rotor 6, and electromagnets are formed with an electromagnetic coil 9 on the outer periphery of a ring-formed magnetic unit 7 and an electromagnetic coil 8 on the outer periphery of the oscillating unit 4. Then, the rotor 6 is made to slide upward, and a claw clutch is released to allow the driving ring 12 to be manually operated. |
