PURPOSE:To accurately feed a fixed quantity by using two feed means capable of changing capacity. CONSTITUTION:When a fixed quantity feeder is actuated, a functional signal generating part 16 supplies a functional signal to a feeder controller 10. In this way, the feeder controller 10 gives control voltage with the fixed capacity in combination of both feeders to the feed feeders 6 and 8. In this way, a weight signal of goods fed to a weighing hopper 2 is increased in a straight line. Afterward, the feeder controller 10 supplies the control voltage only to the feed feeder 8 and raises the capacity so that it attains a prescribed value by the feeder 8 alone. Since the capacity of the feed feeders 6 and 8 is changeable, as mentioned above, even if it is changed over from the combinational use of the feed feeder 6 and 8 to the single use of the feed 8, the capacity is not changed in stages and the time required for feeding the fixed quantity can be shortened.
