Date Sep. 11, 1987.A pharmaceutical preparation contains an active ingredient added to polyalcohols, such as polyethylene and/or polyalkylene glycols and/or oxystearates of glycerine-polyethyleneglycol and/or partial fatty acid esters of sorbitan or polyhydroxyethylenesorbitan and/or polyvinylpyrrolidone and/or polyvinylalcohols and/or fatty alcohol ethers of polyhydroxyethylene or fatty acid ester of polyhydroxyethylene and/or condensates of polyhydroxyethylene-polyhydroxypropylene, and especially dissolved in nifedipine in a weight ratio between 1:2 and 1:25. The composition contains ethanol as well, in an amount ratio between 1:25 and 1:4 of nifedipine:ethanol and can be sprayed with a propeller gas. |
