<p>PURPOSE:To surely press an idler against a reel base even if the idler is operated in the vertical direction in the same way as a state operated in the horizontal direction, so that a rotation of a motor can be transferred to the reel base, by canceling the dead weight of the idler applied in the gravity direction by the spring force of a spring member energized in the anti-gravity direction. CONSTITUTION:In case of operating an idler in the vertical direction, the idler is pressed surely against a supply reel base and the rotation of a motor can be transferred to the supply reel base, by providing a spring and energizing the idler in the anti-gravity direction. That is to say, when the motor rotates to rotate a pulley 4 counterclockwise, the idler 3 pressed against the pulley 4 cancels the rotational torque T1 which rotates in the gravity direction by a dead weight D1 of the idler by the spring 8, with the spring force D2 of T1=T2, and it rotates by centering around the shaft T in the anti-gravity direction.</p> |
