<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily adjust the lift-up level of a vehicle body with the use of an existing facility, by enabling the body to be lifted by a lift amount which may be adjusted by lift mechanisms on both lifting carriages under the control of a control means, at a predetermined working position. CONSTITUTION:When a traveling servo-motor 11 is driven in accordance with an instruction from a control device, a pinion gear 14 is moderately rotated so that both lifting carriages L travel in synchronization with each other on rails 3 at a uniform speed equal to the conveying speed of a body B. During this time, when a lift servo-motor 23 is driven, a screw shaft 24 is rotated, resulting in that both carriages 20 travel in opposite directions, respectively, and the lower end side of an inner link 16b in each of both lift mechanisms LM is urged along a guide groove 19 in the direction of the arrow. Accordingly, when both carriages 20 are moved by a set stroke in accordance with an instruction from the control device, a lift table 18 lifts up the body B up to a desired level in association with the rise-up of both lift mechanisms LM, thereby is it possible to cope with a change of processes or workers.</p> |
