PURPOSE:Flexible synthetic leather having improved heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, light resistance and oil resistance, obtained by laminating specific resin layers through a specific adhesive layer to the surface of a textile base. CONSTITUTION:A textile base 1 (the surface is preferably napped) consisting of woven and knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, etc. is coated with a polycarbonate type aromatic urethane adhesive layer 2, a polycarbonate type aromatic urethane skin lower layer 3, further, a polyamino acid resin skin upper layer 4 and a crosslinking type silicone resin surface treatment layer 5 successively to give synthetic leather having improved appearance, feeling and especially improved wear resistance. A two-component system polyurethane consisting of both polycarbonate diol and an aromatic diisocyanate is preferable as the adhesive layer 2 and one component type polyurethane consisting of both the polycarbonate diol and the aromatic diisocyanate is preferable as the skin lower layer 3.
