PURPOSE:The titled packaged decocted coffee beans capable of keeping flavor of ground coffee beans in a state immediately after production for a long period, by grinding decocted coffee beans, instantly packing them into a container having a specific volume and capable of resisting low inner pressure and sealing. CONSTITUTION:Decocted coffee beans are ground and packed into a container such as a plastic film bag, etc., having a volume twice or more as much as that of ground coffee beans and no air permeability, capable of resisting low inner pressure to give the aimed packaged coffee beans. The decocted coffee beans are preferably packed and sealed in an air-tight, flexible bag.
