PURPOSE:To attain data transmission in which malfunction is not caused irrespective of the magnitude of delay in a transmission line by keeping a transferring means inactive normally, releasing it from the inactive state when necessary to transferring data in a latter stage register to a former stage register, and bringing it to a stand still back again. CONSTITUTION:When data bucket of 1 word constitution is loaded to a parallel data buffer B3, identification data in the data bucket are inputted to a condition judging circuit 60 and judged whether the data budket is to be stopped or not. When the condition judging circuit 60 judged that the data bucket is to be sent to a parallel data buffer B1 of former stage, a transmission line controlling circuit 58 reads this by a transmission signal TRO from a C element C2, and releases the state of stopping of former stage C element C1 and raises the trans mission signal TRO, and at the same time, falls a recognition signal to C ele ment C2 and performs transmission. After completion, C element C1 is made to stopping state.
