PURPOSE:To make a vane can be projected certainly at the start of drive of a pump, by pushing-out the oil reserved in an oil-reservoir, into the back pressure chamber of the vane, at the start of drive of the pump. CONSTITUTION:When a pump is driven at the same time as driving an engine, an ignition switch 61 is closed, and a temperature switch 62 is also closed when the temperature of oil is low, for sending an electric current of a battery 60 to a coil 55. Then, a piston 54 is moved by the excitation force of the coil 55, for pushing-out the oil in an oil-reservoir 50. As viscosity of this pushed oil is high, this oil flows into a back pressure chamber 15b through a feed route 51 and ring grooves 34, 45, with high pressure. In this way, the high pressure of the oil in the back pressure chamber 15b, acts on the bottom of a vane 24, and consequently, the vane can be projected certainly even if it is at the start of drive of the pump. |
