PURPOSE:To prevent an air void from occurring as well as to aim at improvement in cutting, grinding characteristics and moisture-proof, heat resisting characteristics, by mixing resol type phonolic resin, a foaming agent, a foam- shaping agent, an acid hardening agent and an abrasive grain with a reciprocating turnover type stirring method and then foaming and hardening the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Delta wings 3 and 4 are set to each position of about 3cm and about 7cm away from a bottom surface of a polyethylene-make beaker 1 after being attached to a poker 2 so as to be orthogonalized with each other. And, resol type phenolic resin, a foaming agent, a foam-shaping agent, an acid hardening agent, and an abrasive grain of alumina or the like are all put in the beaker and stirred them. At this time, a liquid goes down centering on a shaft of the poker 2 and goes up along a vessel wall. Next, such a reciprocating turnover type stirring method that does not make a spiral vortex in a fixed direction is carried out, whereby foaming and hardening them.
