发明名称 POLYAMIDE COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in heat resistance, mechanical, chemical and physical properties, dimensional stability and moldability, by incorporating filler in a polyamide in which isophthaloyl diamine and diacyloyl diamine units are mutually randomly arranged. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of a polyamide with a melt flow rate (at 300 deg.C under a load 2kg) 0.01-100g/10min, degree of crystallinity <=7% and glass transition temperature 110-240 deg.C, in which 50-100mol% of isophthaloyl diamine unit of formula I (R<0> is 4-25C divalent hydrocarbon group; Ar is 6-20C divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group except 1,3-phenylene group) and 0-50mol% of diacyloyl diamine unit of formula II are mutually randomly arranged with (B) as filler, either 0.1-200pts.wt. of, e.g. graphite or 3-200pts.wt. of e.g. wholly aromatic polyamide fiber.
