PURPOSE:To easily decrease the accumulation of phase shift of a recovered carrier in the clock recovery symbol of a preamble of a burst offset OPSK by making the length of the 1st and 2nd partial clock recovery symbols equal to each other. CONSTITUTION:The Q channel bit pattern of the 1st partial clock recovery symbol is delayed by 1/2 symbol to an I channel bit pattern, conversely the Q channel bit pattern of the 2nd partial clock recovery symbol is led by 1/2 symbol to the I channel bit pattern. The modulation phase is rotated counter clockwise with the 1st partial clock recovery symbol CLK 1 and rotated clockwise with the 2nd partial clock recovery symbol CLK 2. In making the length of the 1st partial clock recovery symbol CLK 1 and the 2nd partial clock recovery symbol CLK 2 equal to each other, the modulation phase rotated by the 1st partial clock recovery symbol CLK 1 is completely cancelled by the reverse rotation of the 2nd partial clock recovery symbol CLK 2.
