<p>PURPOSE:To enable load operation, in which the service life of a plant apparatus is maintained, by adjusting an allowable load-change rate by the rate of load change correcting the number of load change per time by the magnitude of load variation. CONSTITUTION:An economical load dispatching signal 1 is converted into an aimed output pattern signal 106 by a subtracter 12, a load-change rate limiter 5 and an integrator 6. On the other hand, a frequency adjusting load command signal 2 is converted into the aimed output pattern signal 106 by a load-change width limiter 11, the subtracter 12, a load-change rate limiter 13 and an integrator 14. Aimed output pattern signals 106 and 114 are added to obtain a generator output pattern signal 101. Load-change protective circuits 91, 92 determine the limiting values of the limiters 5, 11, 13 on the basis of a value acquired by correcting the number of load change at the unit of operating time by the magnitude of load variation.</p> |
