PURPOSE:To obtain the system estimating the range of presence of a faulty base station including a base station whose arranging state is not clear by using the arranging state of the base stations, an interference network between base stations whose arranging state is known and an interference zone communication state. CONSTITUTION:A base station whose call is abnormal is detected and a communication fault base station in an adjacent interference zone is used as a normal base station to detect a mutual call faulty base station, the base stations are used as normal base stations and communication fault base stations in the adjacent interference zone to the normal base stations are used a the normal base stations. When all the communication fault base stations in the connected interference zone are the normal base stations, 'the fault base station presence range estimating procedure' is used to estimate the range of the faulty base station. The communication normal base stations in the interference zone are used as the normal base stations with respect to remaining communication fault base stations in the interference zone and the processing above above is repeated. In any contradiction takes place, whether or not the communication normal base stations in the interference zone are normal is discriminated, the processing is continued and whether or not the communication fault base station in the interference zone remained finally is normal is discriminated. |
