NEW MATERIAL:An optically active benzazepine derivative expressed by formula I (R is perfluoroalkyl: X is O, N or S; R is nitro, alkyl or halogen). EXAMPLE:3-Trifluoromethyl 2H,5H-[1,5]benzoxazepin-4-one. USE:Useful as an intermediate for medicines and agricultural chemicals. PREPARATION:An alpha-perfluoroalkylacrylic acid expressed by formula II is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in the presence of esterase or cellulase in a buffer solution,e.g. KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer solution, at 30-45 deg.C to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
