PURPOSE:To extract a current proportional to an input current with simple constitution by providing the 3rd transistor (TR) whose 1st and 2nd controlled electrodes are connected respectively to a power supply terminal and a base common connecting point of the 1st and 2nd TRs and receiving a current corresponding to the input current to its base. CONSTITUTION:A power supply terminal 14 is connected to a collector of an NPN TR Q11 via a current source 15 generating an input current I1, and an emitter is connected to ground via a resistor R11. Further, a base of the TR Q11 is connected to a base of other NPN TR Q12, the collector is connected to the power terminal 14 via a load circuit 16 and the emitter is connected to ground via a resistor R12. Moreover, a collector of an NPN TR Q13 is connected to the power supply terminal 14. Thus, an output current IOUT being the same as a conventional current is obtained by the three TRs Q11-Q13 and the three resistors R11-R13.
