PURPOSE:To improve operational efficiency, by forming crystalline frit in a spotted shape on at least each one of definitely facing positions of a plural number of side plate members and forming amorphous frit around its position to be junction-fired so that the enclosure is prevented from cracking. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 4 comprise side-plate members 5-8 and crystalline frit is formed in a spotted shape on at least each one 5c, 5d, 6c, 6d, 7c, 7d, 8c, and 8d of respective junction planes 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a, and 8b of side plate members. Besides, amorphous frit is formed on each position 5e, 5f, 6e, 6f, 7e, 7f, 8e, and 8f around the crystalline frit. Then, a pair of junction planes of the side plate members, on which the crystalline frit is formed, are formed facing each other. hence, thermal strain disappears except on the positions jointed with the crystalline frit by melting a of the amorphous frit, capable of increasing strength of the enclosure. Besides, operational efficiency can be improved, because the overflown part of the amorphous frit is not required to be removed.
