Barrier planting for selection of penetrating microorganisms.A planting flat that contains a suitable cultivation medium for the microorganisms in question is covered using a sieve plate with a suitable material with suitable porosity. A test sample containing penetrating microorganisms, among other things, is placed on this barrier. Only these are able to penetrate the barrier and grow down in the planting flat. When this has occurred, the barrier and test sample can be withdrawn and the selection completed. |
