PURPOSE:To integrate the variation rate of magnetic flux crossing a human body in a static magnetic field by providing a magnetic flux variation rate detecting means, an integration circuit, a pulse converting circuit, a counter, etc. CONSTITUTION:A coil is used as the magnetic flux variation rate detecting means 1 and this coil 1 is fitted to an operator who works in, for example, the static magnetic field. An electric signal induced by the coil 1 is amplified 2 and integrated 3. Then, the pulse converter 5 converts the output of the integrator 3 into the proportional number of pulses. Output pulses of the pulse converter 5 passes through a gate 6 for a time determined by the integrated capacity of the counter 7 and are integrated by the counter 7. In this constitution, the intensity of magnetic flux proportional to an eddy current generated in the human body to which the coil 1 is fitted and time length measured by a time counter 9 are obtained by the counter 7. Then, the counted value of the counter 7 and the contents of the time counter 9 are read out of output terminals 11 and 12 by a controller 13, for example, once a day and controlled.
