PURPOSE:To control commonly both data by preparing block control data, and overlapping and displaying image data and vector data based upon a control table. CONSTITUTION:By an image reader 1, image data are inputted to a CPU 2, and the vector data from a vector input device 7 or the vector data formed from the image data are inputted to the CPU 2. By the CPU 2, respective inputted data are divided in accordance with the block on a two-dimensional plane, and a block control table to control respective divided data in one way is prepared. The image data and the vector data removed based upon the control table are overlapped and the data overlapped in such a way are displayed at a displaying device 3.
