<p>A plastic composition comprises polyhaloethylene, e.g polytetra fluoroethylene and up to 90% of amorphous mica. Optional additions include fillers, e.g. aluminium, thermosetting polysiloxanes, lubricants and wetting agents, e.g. acetone, naphtha or alcohols.
